Privacy policy

D-Nites is an app for the electronic music scene: it shows the party programme of the venues that use it and lets venues and promoters manage their dates and each night's accounts. It is provided by Power Aquaculture SL (Madrid, Spain). For any question about your data, write to gallempa@gmail.com.

What data we process

• Without an account: you can browse the programme and the venue, promoter and DJ profiles without signing up. We process no personal data of yours; we use no third-party cookies or trackers.
• With an account: your email, the name you give, your password (encrypted; we never see it), the venues, promoters and artists you follow, your notifications and, if you ask to join a team, the message you write.
• If you manage a venue or promoter: your organisation's details (name, description, photo, links), its dates, terms, agreements, events and the financial entries you record. Entries marked private are visible only to your organisation; shared ones are also visible to the other party of the event.
• Public data about artists and promoters: the directory is built from information that artists and promoters themselves publish on Resident Advisor (name, photo, links, booking contact and dates). If you are an artist or promoter and want your profile corrected or removed, write to us.

What we use it for

To make the app work: showing you the programme, telling you about new dates from those you follow (in the app and, if enabled, by email), and letting venues and promoters organise their nights. We don't sell data or use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

In Supabase (database and authentication), on servers in the European Union. The website and app are served from Netlify. Emails are sent through transactional email providers. These providers act as data processors and do not use the data for their own purposes.

For how long

For as long as you have an account. If you close it, we delete your account and your follows; an organisation's event data is kept while that organisation exists, because it is part of the accounts shared with the other party.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data and change your notification preferences from "My account" in the app. To delete your whole account or exercise any other right (portability, objection, restriction), write to gallempa@gmail.com from your account's email address and we will handle it within 30 days at most. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or your local data protection authority.

Minors

D-Nites is intended for people aged 18 and over: the parties it shows are for adults. We do not knowingly create accounts for minors.

Changes

If we change this policy we will announce it in the app and on this page.
